Average prices decreased by 3% at Benmore, by 9% at Haywards and by 10% at Otahuhu over the last week.  Total storage decreased to 2,385 GWh, with NI storage increasing by 13% to 432 GWh and SI storage decreasing by 5%  to 1,953 GWh.

Since 2004, offers and bids have been available with a two week delay, but from 31 August, offers and bids will be published daily for the previous day. This is a big step forward in providing market participants, analysts and stakeholders with relevant and timely market information.
